Legal counsel Agata Okorowska – a graduate of the University of Wrocław, former partner of a law firm operating within the international Rödl & Partner law group. She gained practical business experience as a management board member, supervisory board member, and liquidator of numerous companies. She specializes in commercial and corporate law and has extensive experience in M&A, MBO, and LBO projects. She advises both Polish and foreign entities in their day-to-day operations, conducts due diligence processes, legal analyses, and supports foreign investors entering the Polish market. She is the author of numerous press publications on corporate law, tax law, and intellectual property. She has participated in and led teams conducting legal audits in large enterprises in connection with planned sales, acquisitions, and transformations.

She skillfully combines legal knowledge with business experience, which allows her to understand clients' needs and provide support at the highest level.

Privately, she is passionate about horses and a keen traveler. Sailing, skiing, and diving are her favorite pastimes.
